Its been a long winter and I wanted everything clean and smelling fresh. Tom said he could make my persian rugs smell and look new . He was right, they do look great and the dog smell is gone. Tom made my couch look 100% better. Next time I wont wait so long. Great work Tom. Thanks Garry P.

Five Step did a great job cleaning my rental house. The carpets had bad traffic patterns and stains from the tenants dog. I can't see the traffic patterns any more. The yellow stains are gone as well as the smell. Tom said it would take 20Minits to 2 hours to dry and he was right. I am very happy with the work they did, they will be cleaning all of my rentals.
