Five Step Carpet Care consistently does a great job. I have a large dog who pretty much rules the house and there are areas that there is no hiding are her favorite places to be. When other companies have cleaned my carpet, these areas lighten but never come completely clean. Five Step Carpet Care was able to accomplish this. Thanks Tom and team. 5 Step did an awesome job with cleaning several areas in my house. He cleaned my couches and a rug as well. He was very thorough and the price was very reasonable. But he is a popular guy (for a good reason), so expect a bit of a wait. But the wait was worth it.
I chose him based on other reviews he received online and luckily, he lived up to my expectations.

Absolutely great. I spoke with Tom, the owner. He was very professional and got me scheduled two days later for an a.m. appointment. He was on time and was very knowledgeable - even gave some pointers on how to care for my carpet better!
Having someone come in and clean your carpets can be a disaster leaving less than desireable results. Not with 5 Step, I am hooked. This is the first time I've had someone come in and clean my carpets and won't wait so long next time!
My carpet isn't wet - but it's fantastically clean and smells great. I definitely recommend 5 Step Carpet Care. Hey, it's environmentally friendly too! :)
