Best haircut ever!! I have very thick, difficult hair to work with that nobody really seems to understand and Tuan did an amazing job. Honestly, I'm hesitant to leave a review only because he's in my price range right now but I know as soon as this guy gets more popular and more well known (than he already is) he'll be charging a lot more than he currently does. I'm doing it though out of principle because it's a pet peeve of mine when people do something half-a## and I have a lot of respect for people who really know what they're doing when they charge for a service, and Tuan absolutely 100% does. Studio H2o is just one of those rare treasures that makes you have faith that some people out there have actual talent in what they do.

Studio H20 Salon is amazing! I just love the vibe and the style. They make me feel right in, when I walk in they acknowledge me immediately. I have curly hair and it's super thick a little lower than shoulder length. It's very frustrating to handle. I went to Studio h20 Salon, and Thida Tran cut my hair. She gave me beautiful layers, made it a lot thiner, easier to take care of. It was nice and soft which a lot of stylist cant give me. I come 2hrs away and its worth it! I don't let anyone else cut my hair. I love my hair now, it's so much easier to handle.

As anyone with curly or even wavy hair knows, getting a good cut is an extremely iffy thing. I have lived all over the world and tried stylists in Asia, Europe, Eastern Europe, the Mediterranean countries, large US cities, and small towns. In my 64 years I have had some good haircuts, but never one I would classify as GREAT until now. And Thiada did it. I came in with a picture - something I do as often I don't speak the local language - and came out with my hair styled way better. Thiada took the picture and adapted it to my fine curly hair as no one has ever done before. The cut is so good, and has held so well, that a month later I can still wake up, kind of ruffle my hair, and walk out confidently to meet the world without even looking at it. There are simply no praises high enough for her talent and insightful and caring attention. And what a pleasure she is as a person. Although I did not interact extensively with the other stylists they all seemed open, interested, and positive, and their work - which I observed closely - looked really good. The salon atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant , the price is very reasonable, and being on Rio Grande St. is an added bonus as is the validated parking. Cannot think of anything more to rave about so will close with a rousing THANK YOU to Thiada and Salon H2O!
